Ballylagan is a 120-acre family farm in rural south east Antrim owned by Patricia & Tom Gilbert
The farm has two self guided trails on the farm for visitors and customers to enjoy. The walks are open all year round and the farm has spring foraging walks and trails. It also has accommodation, horse riding trails and a farm shop. Ballylagan is one of the first farms in NI to convert to fully organic production.
The farm produces beef, lamb, pork and vegetables and these are sold through the farm shop.
The farm is also involved in timber production and the hospitality industry with 2 on-farm holiday lets forming a vibrant part of the business
