The Clarke farm is in the townland of Ballylagan at the Eastern end of the Clogher Valley in County Tyrone
Philip and David Clarke are the 5th and 6th generations to farm here, an all grass farm, where a herd of 80 dairy cows and 40 young cattle are kept
The milk produced by the cows is sold to a cooperative called Tirlan who use it to make a range of cheeses, creams and dried milk products which are used locally and sold to other countries around the world
The young cattle join the milking herd when they are two years old
