We are delighted to introduce the Hawkes Family, new host farmers for 2019.
Ranelly Farm is a 4th generation dairy farm owned by the Hawkes Family, Kenneth, Jennifer, Graeme/Judith, Gareth/Elaine and Lynsay and is located near Omagh in County Tyrone.
The dairy farm supplies Dale farm Co-op and there will be an opportunity to view their pedigree Holstein and Jersey cattle which are often shown at local agricultural shows.
There will be a petting farm which will include a display of Jacob and Valais Blacknose sheep, a donkey, goats and prize-winning poultry. On SUNDAY ONLY visitors can also enjoy a sheep-shearing demonstration at 3.00pm.
Kids of all ages can take part in a host of other family friendly activities including a treasure hunt, face-painting and some lively games and entertainment provided by the local YFC clubs.
You can browse a range of artisan food and craft stands and enjoy light refreshments provided by the farm’s nominated Charity – ‘Care for Cancer’ Omagh. Every penny that you donate will help this charity deliver much-needed support to people living with cancer, their families and carers in Omagh and the surrounding areas.
Come and visit our farm on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th June 1.00pm – 5.30pm.
No thank you, we would ask that you do not feed the animals.
Please wear appropriate footwear and outdoor clothing in case of bad weather.
Parking will be in fields beside the farmyard and there will be parking attendants to help you
